The people like DSP running around screaming "fair use" are cracking me up. Whenever they describe fair use, they leave out a very important word. Fair use allows you to EXCERPT copy-written works for the purposes of criticism, education, or parody. Excerpt, as in take a piece of it. The whole "playing the game makes it transformative" doesn't was either. And who would ever consider DSP screaming at the screen like a retard to be criticism, education, or parody anyway?
